Helhed er din naturlige og fuldstændige oplevelse af dig. Du vil opleve dig selv som hel, når du også indvilliger i at opleve dine sår og ufuldkommenheder.

 

Helhedsoplevelsen udebliver i hverdagssituationer, hvor du ikke føler dig tilstrækkelig, du føler dig ensom, du kan ikke tiltrække en ny partner eller et nyt job. Du oplever måske, at visse ting og adfærd bliver ved med at gentage sig. Du er måske konstant træt og udmattet, lige meget hvad du gør?

 

Uanset om du kæmper med hjertesorg, manglende selvværd, en fysisk skade, tristhed eller noget helt andet, er en del af kampen forbundet til, hvordan du adskiller dig fra din krop (eller dele af den).

 

At adskille sig fra kroppen betyder, ikke at mærke specifikke dele af din krop, f.eks. dine ben eller din mave. Det betyder at holde følelser og fornemmelser på afstand, som du opfatter som uønskede. Du undgår disse oplevelser, fordi de ofte er ledsaget af smerte og ubehag. Og det sidder i kroppen.

 

Alt dette er anstrengende, fordi du spænder dine muskler og holder din krop på specifikke måder i lang tid. Det kræver energi og dræner dig.

 

Det underminerer din oplevelse af at være hel og påvirker forskellige områder i dit liv.

 

I denne energiske holdtræninger starter du processen mod at blive hel. Det er en praksis, baseret på bevægelse og kropscentrerede øvelser:

 

  • Du udforsker, hvordan du frigør fastlåste områder i kroppen, gennem bevægelse, kropscentrerede øvelser og åndedrætsarbejde.
  • Din energi bliver regenereret, når du lærer at bevæge, mærke og afspænde der, hvor du rutinemæssigt investerer din energi i at spænde og holde.
  • Du lærer at mærke og opfange din krops signaler og at bevæge dig i overensstemmelse med det din brug har brug for.
  • Du øger omfanget af dine bevægelser, når du bryder dine vanemæssige bevægelsesmønstre.
  • Du opdager dig selv indefra, når du bevæger dig gennem muskler, knogler og hud.
  • Du lærer at håndtere smerter, ubehag og andre intense oplevelser, så de ikke længere overvælder dig. Det tillader din krop at fordøje og integrere energien disse oplevelser indeholder.
  • Du oplever det, som naturligt opstår (f.eks. glæde, intimitet eller styrke), når du ikke længere afskærer dig fra din krop.

 

I hver træning arbejder vi med forskellige energier i relation til f.eks. de 4 elementer.  Vi udforsker hvor og hvordan disse energier er blokeret og hvordan du gennem bevægelse og kropsrelaterede øvelser igen kommer i flow og bevæger sig igennem dig og samles i dig, så du oplever helhed.

 

Helhed er en praksis, hvor du bevæger dig med opmærksomhed i din krop og klarhed i dine bevægelser, samtidig med at du indvilliger i at opleve omfanget af din virkelighed – dine følelser, fornemmelser, begrænsninger og tanker – uden at undvige dem.

Moving into wholeness

A 2 hour movement class where you move through all parts of you and into the wholeness of you.

Wholeness is your natural and complete experience of you. You will experience yourself as whole when you also agree to experience your wounds and imperfections.

 

The experience of being whole doesn’t materialize in your every day life where you don’t feel adequate, you feel lonely, and you can’t attract a new partner or a new job. You might experience that some things and behaviors keep repeating themselves. Or you are tired and exhausted no matter what you do.

 

Whether you are dealing with heartache, lack of confidence, a physical injury, sadness or something else, part of the struggle is connected to how you have split from parts of your body.

 

Splitting from the body means not feeling specific parts of your body, for example your legs or your belly. It means keeping emotions and sensations at bay that you perceive as unwanted.

 

You avoid these experiences because they are often accompanied by pain and discomfort. Pain and discomfort is in the body, so you actually split from your body.

 

All this is an effort because you tense muscles and hold the body in specific ways for long periods of time. It requires energy and drains you.

 

It also undermines your experience of being whole and affects different areas of your life.
In this energizing group training you will begin the process of becoming whole. It is a practice where you and your energy is unified into wholeness:

 

  • You’ll explore how to release stuck areas in your body through movement, body centered exercises and breath work.
  • You’ll get reenergized when you learn to move and feel the parts where you habitually invest your energy in tensing and holding.
  • You’ll learn to expand your range of movements when you break habitual movement patterns.
  • You learn to perceive and feel your body’s signals and to move according to its needs.
  • You’ll discover yourself from the inside as you move through muscles, bones and skin.
  • You learn to handle pain, discomfort and other intense experiences, so they no longer overwhelms you. This allows your to digest and integrate the energies held in these symptoms and expereinces.
  • You’ll experience what naturally arises when the splits begin to heal, e.g. joy, intimacy or strength.

 

In each class we work with different energies, e.g. in relation to the 4 elements. You will explore where these energies are stuck and how to get them back in flow so they can move through you and unify.

 

Wholeness is a practice where you move with attention to your body and with clarity in your movements while agreeing to experience the fullness of your reality – your emotions, sensations, limitations and thoughts – without splitting from them.

Each class has a unique focus (see below). They are offered as free standing classes – you can register for one or as many classes as you wish.

You must register for each class you wish to participate in.

Each class is limited to 8 people. This ensures space and time for individual attention.

Language

The class will be taught in Danish. In case there are participants who don’t speak Danish, the class is taught in English.

 

The classes

Each class will have different focus. In the two hours you explore different parts of your body and work with different energies.

 

You learn how what you hold in your body is related to differnet areas in your life. You work on releasing these experiences so your body can digest them and regenerate, so you are better able to relax while also haivng more energy.

 

You learn how to give space to new experiences and qualities such as joy, curiosuty, pleasure, when your energy is no longer tied up in stuck areas in your body.

 

This is done through a mix of movement practices, breating exercises, body centered exercises, writing and some sharing.

 

Your work is yours in the class and you only share to the extend you want.

 

 

 


 

FAQ

 

What is the size of the class?

The size is limited to 8 people. I want to ensure an intimate setting with a lot of time for hands-on individual attention. Even when learning in a group you will receive  instructions relevant to your particular needs.

 

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes that allow you to move, e.g. yoga or fitness clothes., not too tigth or too loose. I suggest a few layers as the temperature will change when we move.

 

What should I bring?

Bring a pen and paper. Water and tea are provided. If you need a snack please bring it.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel up to a week before the movement class and receive a full refund. After this time there is no refund.
